  1. Returns
    Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

  2. Refunds
    Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  3. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting our customer service for assistance.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for damaged items.
